"Read about Pashur's BRILLIANT beginner caricature Zoom class he put on yesterday!! Be sure to snag his info now, give him a follow, and sign up for his emails so you don't miss out on another opportunity like this. JUST LOOK at my before and after & what I was able to accomplish in a single 8-hour course put on by Pashur. These were timed drawings using only a black sharpie with no pre-pencil sketch. Caricature art is something I have fawned over for literally decades, but always felt like it was an unachievable skill for a self-taught artist like myself. BUT he has made it attainable by breaking every aspect down into understandable pieces. I just need to put in the time and practice now!! Clearly there's a lot of improvement to be made but this is literally THE FIRST Caricature I've ever drawn. I'm super stoked. So dudes - go find Pashur if you want to expand your business services. THANKS PASHUR!!!"
- Holly Lewis

Here is a Before and After sample of one of the student's work from Pashur's Caricature Zoom Workshop on April 12, 2022. Both pictures were drawn in ink only, no pencil and she only had a few minutes to draw each picture.

The Before Picture : She had never drawn a caricature before.

The After Pic : The same subject drawn just a few hours later.

Here are some words from the student...

“I need you to understand that you truly opened the door to a decades long dream of mine. You really made this an achievable goal for me. Baby steps - it's all time and practice now. THANK YOU!!”
- Holly Lewis

“Great instructor! I learned more about caricatures in an 8 hour class than in months muddling through myself... I loved the structure and step-by step nature. Now, I just need to practice!” This class gave me so much confidence with a structured format toward caricatures! My wife (who runs the business side of our business), saw how things were progressing, and told me to be ready to be booked come May."
- Ed Mueller

“Never say never - when it comes to Pashur - He can teach you anything. I loved how my tribals took over my painting after his workshop 10 years ago... How happy I was to learn loads from him yet again - Caricatures here I come.”
- Laura Pennock

"This caricature class was the best. I learned so much and now I just want to practice. I learned everything I needed to know to do caricatures in public. The class gave me the skills and confidence to do caricatures."
- Sally Edelman

DO NOT SHARE THE ZOOM LINK/PASSCODE.  The only people who can be in the room are people who officially signed up through me or on the website. I am only allowed so many people in the Zoom Class and the people that get in are those who signed up through me.

ONLY ONE DEVICE.  Only sign into the Zoom class on 1 device (your tablet or your computer). I am only allowed so many people in the Zoom Class. So, if you sign in on 2 devices you will literally be blocking someone from coming in that has signed up for the class. Not to mention it causes feedback when you speak during the class, even if one device is on mute. No excuses. No exceptions.

ONE PERSON PER CAM. The cost for these sessions is per person. Each person joining will need to be on their own separate Zoom, no groups joining as an individual, unless pre-approved by me, Pashur.

YOUR WEB CAM MUST BE ON VIDEO.  I will need to see your face on the screen so make sure your video web cam is on!  Not to mention, you will have to hold up what you draw and I will need to see it clearly - which also means NO BLUR BACKGROUNDS, NO BLANK SCREEN, NO STILL IMAGE.  If your screen is black or there is a still picture on the screen, I have to remove you from class. No excuses. No exceptions.

NO FILMING, NO RECORDING, NO LIVE STREAMING of this class or ANY PART of this class. This includes audio recording.

SCREEN SHOTS.  You are welcome to take screen shots of the demos for you to practice later. Do NOT post/share the screenshots online. If people want to see what is shown in the class, then they should have taken the class. If you use your phone to take the screenshot of your laptop of computer, take the photo and then remove your phone from view. Otherwise, I will think you are filming the session with your phone, and you will be removed from the class.

DON’T BE LATE! Please be on time.

TEST YOUR ZOOM.  Make sure your Zoom cam and audio works.  Don't let this be the first time you have ever used Zoom before. The class will not stop to help you figure out any technical issues you might experience. Arrive early if you have to test your zoom web cam. In fact, test it today if you can!

ZOOM CLASS ON YOUR PHONE:  If you get a phone call, it can boot you from the class. So, if you have another way to view the class (such as a tablet, laptop or computer) it is suggested. No to mention, the demos I draw will end up being small on the screen if you take the class on your phone.

MUTE: I have the Zoom Session set so that when you are admitted into the session, you will be on mute. You will need to unmute yourself to say hello, ask a question, etc. Once the class bell chimes, put yourself on MUTE for the class. Make sure there is no background noises such as loud birds, kids, construction being done on your home, etc.)

QUESTIONS IN CLASS:  If you have a question, just unmute yourself and ask. Then re-mute yourself.

AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 18 years old to be in this class.

ZOOM MENU BAR:  If your ZOOM Menu bar disappears, simply move your mouse over the area it is supposed to be (the top or bottom of your screen) and it should reappear.

CHAT:  Don't send private messages on the chat - it might go to the wrong person. Doh!

ONE INSTRUCTOR: There is only one instructor in the class. It's me, Pashur. Don't chime in on how you do it. Don't chime in on how some other instructor does it. This applies via audio or via chat. We are all aware that the content I am showing you in class is just A way, not THE ONLY way you can draw/paint the designs show in class. Thank you for respecting this.

NO PEDDLING OR PROMOTIONS. This class is not a platform for you to promote yourself. Do not peddle your goods, services, wares in this class - unless pre-approved by me, Pashur. Do not promote yourself, someone else or another class, workshop or event - unless pre-approved by me, Pashur.

BE KIND & COURTEOUS during this session. I reserve the right to remove anyone from the sessions, for any reason and without refund. Rude behavior will get you booted from this session and all future sessions.

BLACK & WHITE: All caricatures will be done in black and white. No airbrush or color will be shown.

DISCLAIMERS: Session details subject to change without notice. I, Pashur, reserve the right to refuse admittance into the workshop, as well as remove anyone from the sessions, for any reason and without refund.

Party Caricatures are a great service to add to your list of party entertainment services.

  1. It's more sanitary (no need to sanitize between people and no boogies to wipe off)

  2. No paint clean up afterwards (no brushes to wash, sponges to wash, no kit to clean)

  3. You have less to haul into a gig. For caricatures you bring in 4 items - an easel, a drawing board, paper and pens. That's it.

  4. Less competition. How many caricatures artists do you know? Chances are, you probably know more face painters.

  5. You can social distance from the person you are drawing.
